Our signature covers are made from authentic military fatigue fabric. We also make covers from other materials — if you have a specific fabric in mind, we can almost always build your cover from it.

Yes. Tell us what fabric you'd like, and if we're able to source it ourselves, we will. If it's not something we can get on our own — a personal item, a one-of-a-kind piece, or something specific to you — you can mail it to us and we'll make your head cover from it.

Place your custom order and let us know a custom fabric is on the way. We'll send you a mailing address and any details we need — how much fabric to send, care instructions, and anything else specific to your order. Turnaround depends on the fabric and design. In-stock covers ship right away; custom orders take a bit longer, especially if we're waiting on fabric you're mailing in. We'll keep you posted on your order's status.
